Absolutely not! Once you’re in, you’re in! So long as you don’t break your membership with us, we’ll never kick your pet off or limit their member benefits for becoming unwell or getting old!

Our memberships are a standard fortnightly direct debit system, you can use your bank account or credit card.

- Can I cancel my membership?
Your membership with Peace of Mind includes a 4 week cooling off period! This means that you can cancel your contract if you change your mind within the first 4 weeks. If you’ve claimed any products or services in this time, all you need to do is pay the difference!
